| Hello, I am renting out two rooms in a condo located in West Lethbridge. The rooms are each $750 a month along with an initial $750 security deposit. There is one parking spot available for an additional $50 a month, and there is 48-hour guest parking directly next to the condo. The current tenant in the condo is a 20-year-old female college student and as such we are looking for two university/college students between 18 and 25 years of age.
