Looking for a summer sublet ASAP until end of August 2024 in Victoria, BC! ****One room Available - $826 / month (Wifi + Utilities not included)***** Cozy home located in the heart of Gordon Head on Tyndall Avenue near Township coffee and Lambrick park. The location is super convenient with a 10 minute commute to UVIC by bus or bike along with 27/28 and 12 bus routes stopping right outside the front door. The house includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a garage with ample space for bikes and additional storage. It is fully furnished (including the room for sublet). There is a beautiful backyard as well as two decks to hangout on. Only one room is available for rent, so you would be moving in with four other roommates (3 male, 1 female) all of whom attend UVIC and are friendly, easy-going, respectful and enjoy keeping the house tidy!
