It's a clean private, spacious room with a nice, private bathroom. The bedroom comes with a bed, desk, chair, bedside table and lamp, dresser and closet space. It has a common kitchen/living room including a TV and on-site laundry. Wifi and heat/AC and housekeeping is included in the rent. It's at a 5x5 Foundry Simcoe townhouse and it's female only.
