| I hope to travel for 3 months this summer, so I am looking for a sublet! My apartment is an 8-minute walk from both uOttawa and Bank Street, and public transit in every direction is quickly accessible. It is also near Loblaws on Isabella Street and Farmboy on Metcalfe—or, if you also try to support local—Herb and Spice. Things you should know: - I am flexible on the move-in date. It could be as early as May 15 and as late as June 15. - Internet is ~$35 and Hydro is ~$45 a month. Keep in mind that the cost of Hydro will likely increase if you choose to use my plug-in air conditioner. To be safe, you should budget for ~$65. I’ll pay the Internet bill, so no need to factor that into your costs. - My property manager requires sublets to have tenants insurance and provide proof. - You can borrow my road bike if it fits you! - I can keep the apartment furnished or empty it out for you. - There's space for a desk between the bedroom and the small closet (see floor plan).
