| If you move in from may then its free for may month but you will pay for june month its only for 600$ if you want to continue stay then it would 600$ first and 800$ last , only discount for june month200$ room is furnished Tv netflix, queen size bed almira and closet Kitchen, laundry, livingroom, washroom, patio/bbq, and yard are all common areas for tennants to use. These areas must be cleaned/maintained after use by all for all use. Kitchen is well equiped for cooking/baking, and we seperate compost/recycling/garbage into provided bins. Toilette paper and household cleaning supplies etc. are included in rent. You must supply your own laundry soap for allergy concerns. I have two lovely female dogs and one male cat here.
