This is a space that an indoor plant-loving and outside food/flower/etc growing individual(s) is going to love. Available for rent Aug 1, 2024. This unfurnished 1200 sq ft home with your own entrance and own laundry features an incredible amount of light from large windows AND a 4 season sunroom (which will quickly turn into your favourite space to enjoy). There is one very large bedroom (used to be 2 bedrooms before a wall was taken down), another average size bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with all the amenities including dishwasher. The west facing backyard has fruit trees, perennial flowers for attracting pollinators and space to grow whatever food, flowers, etc that you may want to grow. Tenants must be willing to maintain the yard and are responsible for snow removal. A lawn mower will be provided. There are two parking spots in the driveway and all the street parking one could need. Option to rent the heated garage where there is tons of storage and one parking spot. Owner has a few items stored in garage. Rent is $1600/mth and includes all utilities except cable, internet, phone. Garage rental is optional and extra $100/mth. The home is 2 blocks from Co-op grocery, gas and liquor stores. 2 blocks from Henry Kelsey French Immersion School. 10 minute walk to trendy 33rd Street BID district and a 20 minute walk to SIAST.
