Hello, my family and I are in search of a 3 or 4 bedroom house in Saskatoon. My husband and I have 3 young boys and are currently living in Saskatoon. We are looking for a full house or duplex (no main floor suites as we have 3 kids). We both work and have been living in our current home for 4 years; but our landlord has decided to sell the house. We have no pets and we do not smoke. We have excellent rental references. Looking to move for Aug 1st $2600 plus utilities.
