This 1-bedroom plus den FULLY FURNISHED basement suite is in a lovely old character home in beautiful Buena Vista neighborhood. Just 2 blocks from Broadway, it is close to bus routes (to campus or anywhere else). It is walkable to downtown or the west end of 8th St or the university campus. The apartment has large windows so it gets quite a lot of natural light. The suite is furnished with good quality, comfortable furnishings. The bedroom has a full size bed, two dressers and a large wardrobe. The den is equipped with a desk, chair and shelving. We provide all furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and cooking needs. You need only bring your suitcase and computer. The laundry room is immediately adjacent to this suite. This is quiet house, providing a peaceful, pleasant environment for all tenants. For the health and comfort of all tenants, smoking or vaping of tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted on the property. You pay for your own electricity ($50 to $60 per month). There is a locked shed on the property for storage of bikes, etc. The apartment has a private front entrance as well as an entrance from the rear parking area where you will have an electrified spot for one car. We will not rent this suite unfurnished, so please don’t ask. |
