| Hi! I am looking for a LGBTQ friendly roommate to rent out a 2 bedroom basement suite in Edmonton McCauley, 7 minute walk to the Italian center, bus stop 4 minutes away. The rooms are quite large, there's also a storage area. New fridge. Windows are pretty big as well so plenty of light. Controlled heat. No carpet. Shared laundry. The place is available June 1st so looking to move then. Rent all together with utilities is $1500, so rent per person is $750. I have a dog and a cat, so it is pet friendly. They'll allow another cat. I'm 27, genderfluid, generally pretty quiet, I have some anxiety so it takes me a bit to get comfortable. I mostly keep to myself as well, I crochet, paint, color and go for walks with my dog. Watch TV. I'm also trying to get away from some family as well, it's not the best environment for my mental health so just trying to get out and start my life.
