| Desperately need a 50-60ish yr old female roommate. My ad is not for a goodie 2-shoes female as I am far from that but I do have 1 or 2 strict morales, maybe 3 but I doubt that. I understand that everyone has a crutch but i can't live with a person who has an alcohol or a crack addiction. Im recently single and I dont really have much. I am 61 yrs old this year and a roommate who honestly agrees with how I feel we should treat and respect each other would be great as I'd rather go be homeless than live with a stranger i can't trust. So here goes honesty is most important. I've just left my spouse of 18 yrs the poster boy for Narcissist Behavior. I live in the hood along 118 ave in a house that has been converted into 4 suites. It's a small 1 bedroom place that rents for 1200 and my highest power bill was 42. Rent and bills will be split 50-50. . I will be giving the roommate the bedroom and I will use part of the living room for my sleeping area.
