| Hi there my roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate come June 30th we are 23 and 30 and live in a beautiful townhouse in Blackfalds that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the upstairs bathroom is shared between the 3 of us! We are looking for individuals who don’t smoke or party are clean and tidy and are professional no dogs unfortunately as we already have 1 dog Rent is 615$ a month damage deposit is 615$ and utilities are split between 3 people we would prefer a girl to join us !
