You will share the 1 full bathroom (and additional half bathroom) with 1 tenant. The contract is available for 6 months or 1 year. Damage deposit and 1 month advance deposit is required & the rent is $675/month. The utilities will be shared by all occupants, and the move-in date is June 1st.
