| I am writing to express my keen interest in renting a 2-bedroom basement suite, ideally in the Shawnessy area but it's ok if it's in another neighborhood . My father and I are looking for a comfortable and quiet living space, and a basement suite with two separate bedrooms would be ideal for our needs. To tell you a little about us, I am currently on Disability but I do work from home on the side as an IT Tech . My father is retired and enjoys a quiet environment. We are both responsible and respectful individuals who value a clean and peaceful living space. We are non-smokers and do not have any pets. Ideally, we are looking for a suite that includes, separate entrance, in-suite laundry, We are open to considering various options and would appreciate it if you could let us know if you have any suitable two-bedroom basement suites currently available or becoming available soon.
