| Hello everyone. My landlord told me a few days ago that he is selling the house, which means I have to move out. I smoke outside, but only in the evening. I am gainfully employed. I work as a technician for L&M (5 years now). I do not drink. I am very quiet and I rarely have people over (I’ve had people over twice in 2024). I’m also single. My hobbies are music, tv and gaming. I also enjoy spending the day in the mountains or going to the rec centre (MNP). I am 45, and I come from Europe (France). I ALWAYS pay rent on time- haven’t missed a single payment in 19 years of renting. References available. I have to be out of the house by August 1st and I have to give a one month notice to my current landlord. Thank you for your time and consideration. |
