| Looking for a roommate (one person) to share a fully furnished well appointed modern 2 bed/2 bath condo in Eau Claire/Chinatown right on Bow River pathway. Being a ground floor unit I have a yard and outdoor space easily accessible so it is like having a bungalow downtown. This would be ideal for someone wanting the comforts of home, downtown living during the work week, use of condo amenities, downtown parking, and avoiding commuting and/or hoteling. Please review specific qualifications and details below: Qualifications: - ideally someone that has to work in Calgary downtown three or four days a week sharing accommodation during these days but owns a home out of commuting distance. Also open to a summer intern student working downtown. Open to other situations with discussion to see if it works. I have 6 + trips planned during summer months so many times I won’t be around and during your non work hours I would leave you the main space while I am out or in my master bedroom with ensuite. If things work out and you want exclusive use of whole condo during November-April I am travelling for 6 months but price would be adjusted accordingly for those months. - neat and clean -non smoker / no pets - minimum one month lease but prefer longer Details: - sole use of second bedroom with a comfortable queen wall bed and closet - sole use of second bathroom with shower and soaker tub - shared use of well equipped kitchen (kitchen storage, pantry and freezer space similar to a house rather than your typical condo) - use of main living room/tv - desk available (in pictures) if needed - one secure underground heated parking stall -outdoor yard on ground level with fire table and BBQ -use of E-bike and E-scooter Eau Claire is an ideal location in downtown Calgary for nature and away from the hustle and traffic of the beltline area but close enough to go hustle and bustle when you choose to!
