| $600 rent, + $150 utilities. $350 damage. No exceptions. Two cozy, FURNISHED rooms to rent to a mature person 35 + in a 3-bedroom Marlborough Park townhouse. Includes Wi-Fi , laundry, and utilities. TV available to watch Disney + or you tube. Cable is your own expense. Amenities: ½ block from Penbrook bus terminal and routes 1, 42,49,67 and 127. ½ block from dairy queen, atlas pizza & pub, Chinese food, barber, Dollarama and a pharmacy. 15 minute bus ride to Marlborough mall and train station and CDI, Robertson and Makami College. You will be sharing the house with the owners, a married couple in our 40’s/50’s, and our fixed male indoor cat. I work outside the home, and my husband works in his home office. We enjoy our quiet and peaceful lifestyle. Our townhouse has a full bathroom and 3 bedrooms upstairs, a living room, dining room, kitchen and ½ bath on the main floor. Entrance to back yard on this floor. Laundry room and home office in basement. You will have access to backyard and all rooms except our bedroom and the office in the basement. You: Are a fluent English speaker and are familiar with Canada and our customs. Must make a minimum of $1500 a month (employment or AISH is acceptable. (Paystubs, letter of employment or AISH stubs need to be shown) Have at least 1 landlord reference. Clean and fairly quiet. (No loud music) Not a cigarette or weed smoker or a user of drugs.
