| Renting out my spare room in large 2 bedroom townhome. Bright and clean, fully furnished, private bedroom with 50 inch Smart TV, bed, bedding, lamp, closet space and access to bathroom across from your room. I will share all my kitchen supplies and you have access to the laundry room. Utilities are included in the price. However if you are excessively using the water and electricity then you will have to pitch in on the utilities as it is already costly in this large town home of 3 floors. This room is for someone who is either in school or working full-time only. I have a 6-year-old daughter who is with me on the weekends. She has her space shared with mine. There is absolutely no partying or any drugs allowed. Bonus if you're a non-smoker. I am a very hardworking adult in my mid-40s who wakes up early. Very easy going. Our townhome is in a great community in Sage Hill NW and it's very quiet here. Bus access and all amenities, restaurants and groceries very close by. If you are driving parking is on street.
