| Hi. Renting a room in Calgary place apartment - east tower from 1st June. 2BD, 1Bath. Three people will share the bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is next to 8th st C-train station that accessibility is awesome! SAIT is just couple stations away. Safeway, McDonalds, Tim hortons, local grocery, drug store just next to building. Awesome restaurants near by. GYM is in the building on 4th floor that can use for free. Outside Swimming pool is on 3rd floor. Laundry room is on 2nd floor that you can use card to top up. Room is provided with bed, bedsheet, blanket, pillow, table and chair, etc. Security guard is in the building for night time that its safe. Kitchen ware, basic spice is provided. Laundry detergent, and cleaning stuff is provided. We only accept female. Deposit 400, rent 750/month. If you stay longer than 6months, will do 700. Thank you. |
