| I'm offering a furnished room for a short term rental, preferably 6 months. The previous renter (a lady) moved out of country and won't be back for 8 months. I'm looking for someone who works or a student, preferably a female renter as the room is already set as such. The house is located in the Forest Heights community and it is 3 minutes-walk away from 3 bus stops (#42, #45, #53). 15 minutes drive to downtown. Also, open to daily rental @ $50/day.
