| Looking for a roommate to move in at the end of June, looking for someone that is responsible and reliable, I’ve been living here for just over 2 and a half years with my Ex, and she is moving out at the end of June, it’s a one year lease, the rent is $1650 plus utilities, the landlord has mentioned that because of a mortgage renewal that the rent may increase but not by a whole lot, great location on the westside close to amenities, I’m away most of the week and some weekends, and looking for a trustworthy person that can live with the share space and or when family comes over for visits or dinners |
