| Hello! I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly student to rent a room in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo. It’s just a crosswalk away from MacEwan University! (Seriously! You can see the campus from the buildings windows.) It’s also walking distance to grocery stores, the LRT, bus stops, and any other amenities you may need. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and the room is partly furnished, but I can remove the furnishing if you’ve got your own. There’s in-suite laundry and underground parking. All utilities and internet are covered in the rent, and the building has an elevator and rooftop access as well. The rent is $1000/month, and the damage deposit is $1000. I’m a 20 year old female student at MacEwan University! I’m friendly, clean, and decently quiet. I’d love to live with someone who’s got good vibes, is clean, respectful of the space, and is also okay with a kitty!
