This apartment is in a secure building kinda at the beginning of Jasper Ave. This means you still have all the shops and things to do around you, without the crime. Perfect location. Walk to the river valley is only 4 minutes. Inside the building, there is an amazing Italian café - as a resident, you get discounted coffee there. It also has the best pizza I ever had.
