| Roommate Wanted in Beautiful Kensington Home (starting June) Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful home in Kensington, Edmonton. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Shared spaces include the main floor, kitchen and laundry. There is both street and driveway parking available. There is both a garage and crawl space for storage. You can choose between: - One of the upstairs rooms with a shared bathroom - The basement room with a private bathroom I have a medium/small, friendly dog named Tucker who will be living with us. I am a female in my late 20s and am looking for a roommate in their 20s or 30s. Details: Rent: $1000 per month (utilities including internet range from $200-600 per month, we would split the cost) or you can pay a fixed rate for rent, internet and utilities of $1250 per month Move-in Date: June Preferences: non-smoker I’m looking to split costs evenly.
