| Renting out a spacious unfurnished bedroom (shown in photo) in a 2 bedroom apartment. Pet friendly building (we have a medium sized dog living with us and a bunny, both friendly animals and stay out of the way.) Couple living in apartment and looking for roommate to occupy the second bedroom. Common areas are shared and furnished (can provide photos of the furnished areas if interested.) READY FOR MAY 12 OR JUNE 1ST, based on your preference! We both work during the week and are looking for either student or worker as well. Main things we are looking for: -Must be a non cigarette smoker.  -No parties or groups in the apartment. If you have visitors, it must be discussed prior. It’s spacious but also an apartment which has to be considered. -Cleanly, clean up after yourself. We are clean individuals and expect the same from another individual wanting to rent here. -Open to animals, we are dog owners. So this would have to work for you as well. We are open to discussion of having another animal if you have one, but it has to be within reason and discussed prior. -Overall a decent individual who is respectful. We are very laidback individuals and are very easy to get a long with, we just ask the same from the renter who we choose to have apart of our space.
