| I’m a energetic single girl looking for someone reliable/ responsible to rent my other spare bedroom in my beautiful coach home. The room is super cute and has a walk in closet which is such a nice bonus. Your welcome to hang pictures etc my landlord is pretty chill. There is a lot of room on the deck as well which is beautiful in the summers for chillaxing. I don’t have a barbecue and limited patio furniture so we can chat about it if there’s room your welcome to bring it with you. Looking for someone pretty easy going and is fine with my Cat Ruby maybe even watching her if I ever go away places. She’s a sweetheart. The utilities are included in the rent cost.
