| ✨️Happy June I have rooms available for clean, working individuals who enjoy animals and are able to communicate in a safe and positive manner I'm a semi retired woman with 2 little black cats and my St BerHusky sidekick. Our days typically start between 6-7 am and I usually need a couple cups of coffee to wake up (lol, I'm not a big talker first thing ) I work from home which at times will mean people coming over during the day. So cleanliness is important If you also love fur babies, are looking for a quiet home environment and have a similar routine that fits with ours~ We could be the home for you✨️ Available: Two furnished rooms in my bungalow home which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Millwoods Town Center Mall, Public Transportation, Hospital, Grocery and Convenience Stores Includes: Furnished room Shared Living Spaces: Kitchen & Cooking/Eating items, Bathrooms, Laundry (leaving these areas clean behind yourself is required) Relaxing Front and Back yard space with lots of birds and squirrels ~ wonderful place to relax in the warmer months, goal for this summer is a firepit area Internet Home Security Electricity Water and Waste Removal Heat Yard maintenance/Snow Removal Parking availability off street General home needs such as paper towels, toilet paper, garbage/recycling bags, hand/dish/laundry soap, basic cooking spices and oils, cleaning supplies, towels & bedding, etc are included $1050.00 mthly $1050.00 DD (negotiable for the right person) If interested in viewing, please message me to arrange a time to meet References are required No couples No Parties/Sleep Overs Smoking & 420 friendly ~ Outside Only |
