| Hello there! We will be renting out two rooms and a full bathroom. You will also get your own fridge. We aren't really wanting to split the rooms up since we live in the house too and it's just a hassle to have multiple people renting unless it's a couple. The rest of the house is shared space with us. We will be asking for $1000 a month for rent this includes utilities. We are in the red carpet/ Forest lawn area in a mobile home park. We are in the adult 18+ area of the park so unfortunately we can't have anyone renting who has kids unless their kids aren't with them full time just because we're not supposed to have kids over in this area. We are right beside a few different bus stops within like 5 minutes for walking. so transit is super easy and there is a parking spot in the driveway for you if you have a vehicle. We have two cats, as well as the yard is quite small so we wouldn't recommend any dogs. If you have a cat or any type of exotic pet, as long as it would be able to be chill with the cats or wouldn't hurt them then we are cool with them. |
