Beautiful home in west Lethbridge and asking $750 - utilities and internet included! With this downstairs sunny room, you and one other girl share the basement bathroom! We have 2 fridges and a big pantry in this large kitchen so everyone has enough space! A washer and dryer in the basement. A patio and large backyard. Everyone has a different schedule, it is rare we are all home at the same time. No pets, children, drugs, smoking, or parties allowed! Because we value an emotionally safe house, definitely no guys/sleepovers. We do have a garage! If you were hoping to have a place to park inside, it is an option at 50$ added to your rent.
