| We are looking to rent a condo, apt, suite, or other prefer but not opposed to unfurnished, with low deposit or will allow security deposit payable in two payments. We just moved from edmonton as i was recently diagnosed with a serious heart condition and would like to be closer to ny mother, whom is a 13 year resident of ftmac. We are clean quiet nondrinking nonsmokers. I work from home and Matt is a contract carpenter . We just want to make a house into a home and enjoy the quiet seclusion of ftmac. We have excellent references both employment and rental. Currently we are staying in the living room of friends so the sooner the better.
