(Avonmore Community) Rent covers the private use of your own bedroom, all utilities including Telus TV, wi-fi, high-speed internet, water, power, and heat. Also includes a TV in your room, shared same floor laundry, bathroom with a shower, a small but cozy living/reading room, and a fully stocked kitchenette purely for your convenience. The shared lower-level space IS SHARED WITH ONLY ONE OTHER FEMALE who works out of town, except for the laundry which is shared by the 3 of us. Clean, quiet, calm, safe, no excessive drinking, non-smoking, non-party home with a huge back yard and plenty of room for one more female. Nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, safe and mature community, 1 block from the Millcreek trails and Avonmore LRT station on 83 St. If you drive there is plenty of roadside parking, and alley parking behind the garage.
