It will be a month to month or can be a yearly lease that’s completely up to you. You will need to pass a credit check The area is in CALDER but it is the full house and at the end of the block and the best part is the naighbours are great AND if you don’t mind the mild noise from the school across the street it’s pretty quiet and content. The dog park is not that far and there’s a store right at the end of the block and a laundry mat but we do have a washer and dryer between the roommates and a shopping centre not that far and a major bus route as well |
