| Spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. 3rd room is kind of small, so could be used at a split storage between us. 2 floors, split entry. Bus stop across street that goes directly downtown and within 5 minute walk to Bow Valley College. Close to a bus loop. House is partially furnished, there is room for other stuff, you have stuff you are bringing with you. The photos show the place as it was before I moved in. Balcony with a great view. I couldn't show some stuff in the photos because it only allowed 10 photos. There is a second bathroom on the first floor that isn't shown. Street parking, never an issue right in front of the house. Living room fireplace. Lots of sunlight. I have 2 cats and would be okay with more, but not sure about dogs. Open to the conversation though. Looking for a quiet, responsible roommate that keeps to themselves. I'm a working student so I need someone who isn't going to have people over all the time and partying. I work weekends, so I need peace and quiet. Rent is $1000 each. Utilities is between $150 and $200 each, depending on the time of year. Internet is $37.50 each. |
