It is the only multifamily house at Hubble's Lake/Allan Beach. This fully renovated (2020) home appears as a larger single-family home on a corner lot across from the lake in the beautiful community of Hubbles Lake. For rent is the larger of the two units. It is a well-appointed home, including hardwood, travertine, hot water on demand, new windows, hardy board siding, stylish navy cabinets, and stainless steel exposed ductwork. It is situated on a large corner lot on desirable Lakeview Drive. It has lake access, one heated garage parking space, and additional driveway parking. The 2 bedroom plus den has a large yard facing south and east towards the lake. The small corner den on the main looks in both directions, just off a generous front porch with a dining room or playroom for the kids, a kitchen with a gas range, a built-in pantry, and a living room. Upstairs are two bedrooms; the smaller room has a mid-sized deck and full patio door, making it feel larger and brighter, and a full bath. Power and heat are included. A cistern provides water to the home and is not included in the rental cost. The cistern is filled every 5 to 6 weeks for approximately $175.00, and the price is proportionally shared between the bachelor suite and the large unit. The larger unit monitors and orders the water as needed. The laundry is also shared and is in the back entrance of the larger unit. The times and access are to be fairly negotiated.
