| Welcome to SonnySide Cabin! Beautiful water front 4 season air conditioned cabin at Buffalo Lake! Beach access less than one minute walk! Sunset views over 2 tiered furnished deck! (Availability and pricing in photos.) Propane BBQ and a coal BBQ (propane included), 2 Kayaks & a canoe with pfds, Firepit in yard & interior wood stove, 1 load firewood incl. 3 bdrms, 1.5 bath, sleeps 8. Fully furnished/stocked with all comforts of home. 4 smart TVs (1 in each Bdrm, 1 in LR). Full internet with Netflix/Prime/Roku TV, Washer/Dryer, Pet Friendly. Fall is amazing/Winter Ice Fishing! The space Waterfront cabin (note* not beachfront) Beach access. 3 bedrooms. 2 bunkbeds with double on bottom and single on top. Master has Queen bed and half bath. Wood burning stove in living room and fire pitt in yard. (1 load firewood included) Full kitchen with all amenities (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc provoded. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner provided) Washer/Dryer (Detergent and dryer sheets included) 4 tvs (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living room) with Netflix/Prime and Roku Tv. High speed internet. 2 tier deck with dining and lounge furniture. Propane bbq (Propane included) and a coal bbq. Canoe and pfds. Guest access They can use the entire space Other things to note New! Central A/C installed for your comfort on those hot days! 2 single person kayaks with PFDs included in rental! (2 person canoe with PFDs also included) Up to 2 pets at no charge Maximum 8 people, however up to 10 at request for additional fee of $25/nt per person (including children). Cot/Foamy and extra bedding provided. Up to 2 medium size tents allowed. No events, loud music and loud gatherings at anytime. Quiet time strictly enforced 11 pm to 8 am. No motorized vehicles on paths. Boat launch is at Rochan Sands and is free to the public. Boats are mandatory to be taken out at night and prior to storms. No boats on shore. Dogs must be on leash except on property or in the lake. Must poopscoop at all times. There is 1 camera in the driveway for security purposes only. ***This is a rural lake property. There are biting/stinging insects depending on time of year. Cleaning fee $125/stay and $500 refundable damage deposit. July and August long weekends minimum 3 nights, Friday to Monday |
