| Iv got a piece of lake front property for rent /use 78 acres to be exact. it's located next to wizard lake ab. Iv bin giving the all clear by the land owner and would like to rent it out to someone who needs a place for there horses throughout the summer and winter months. IN LUE OF (oh yes there's a catch 22 here ppl) to helping get the desired area needed fenced off. The materials would be supplied by the land owner and a deal on rent of said area for your horses would be talked about in person or over the phone with the land owner. There is a renter living on the property that could or would able to assisting in help get the fence built and possibly any other horse related needs after if needed I.E feeding/watering/as well as security and overall safety of the animals If needed he has an abundance of horse knowledge as he was raised on a farm and had over 35 at any givin time during his 18 years at his family farm and with little to no extra cost to you. We are not looking for a bunch of separate fenced off areas for separate owners just looking for one Maby 2 owners willing to fence of equale sized areas in Lue of a cheap if not free horse only easily accessible land ..again for your horses only no cattle please.
