| I am looking for a rental accommodation for myself and my 13 yr old son, and our 8 yr old shih tzu dog Wicket. Preferably in the Westmount Area but that's not a deal breaker, I'd just prefer my son not have to take the city bus too far. I would prefer a private rental vs going through an agency as it's been impossible to get improved due to the fact my main income is through AISH as I have COPD and other health issues. I have excellent references, don't drink or smoke. I am able to afford no more than $1500.00 including utilities, $1100.00 or $1200.00 without. Basement suites or apartments or above garage suites are totally fine were not picky whatsoever, as long as we have a safe and clean and stable place to call home. If you have or know anyone who can help out a single mom please message me anytime. I'm starting to lose hope here and I don't want to be on the streets with my 13 year old. Thank you so much. |
