The place is spacious, has a double garage, a parking pad, and honestly feels more like splitting a full house than just renting a room. The basics: Rent is $2500 total, split depending on how many people there are: $750 / $750 / $1000 (if three people – two share a bathroom) $1250 / $1250 (if just two of us, both with our own bathrooms) $1050 / $1450 (if one person doesn’t need garage access) Master bedroom has a private ensuite Two other bedrooms share a full bath Half bath on the main floor for guests Double garage + 2 extra spots on the parking pad Utilities & internet split (water is already included) A bit about me: I’m a 28-year-old guy, new to Fort Mac, easygoing and respectful.
