| Hello, me and my husband we bought a new home and wanting to rent 2 spare bedrooms. We can show you the room after March 28th. The security deposit will be half the rent. The rent is including electricity and gas. You can share internet with us. No party, drugs or alcohol. We work in reputable institution from 9-5 and expect someone is going to school or work 9-5 as well. We respect privacy and we will provide accommodation that is private as well. Living room, kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Public transportation is available right from our doorstep. Please let me know if you need more information.
