You'll have your own private bedroom in the upstairs of a great rental in Westsyde, and we'll share the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Plus, laundry is included! The bedroom comes with a dresser, and the closet will be cleaned out for you before you move in. I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful, and quiet. A few other things to note: •No smoking and no partying, please. I'm looking for a chill, respectful, and friendly living environment. •No cats, but a small, well-behaved dog might be negotiable. I have a friendly bearded dragon! •Ideally, you're a working professional or a student. The rent is $1000 per month, and that includes all utilities and WiFi. Location & Commute The location is super convenient for getting around Kamloops: •Just a 2-minute walk to a bus stop. • A quick 5-7 minute walk to the Westsyde shopping center. •The bus ride to TRU is about 25-30 minutes. About the House: This rental is the upstairs of a house. There's a separate downstairs unit occupied by someone else, and he has 50/50 custody of his kids.
