We have experienced a house flood, and we experienced just how difficult it was to find suitable accommodations with pets.This is not a "regular" rental per se. This home has been designed largely for persons who have experienced hardship due to a house fire, flood, mold etc OR for those working and in relocation for work purposes. That said, we will consider the right person(s) and your needs for the time you require housing. Pets: indoor cat(s) only. Dog(s) - outdoor fenced area provided. Modern Fully Furnished 2 Bed, 2 Bath House (completed in 2018). Rental includes ALL utilities – wifi, water, hydro (heat and A/C), garbage disposal, landscaping (cable TV is not included but available on both 65" living room and 55" master bedroom SMART TVs). Our guest house is located on a 1.3-acre private property, full fenced, securely gated and within walking distance (500 yards) to the Pacific Ocean. The main house faces the ocean, the guest (your) house is in the far back of the property amongst trees/below a mountain. It is very serene - an entirely separate residence. Kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms - a king size bed and queen size murphy bed OR alternatively use as an office. The master bedroom is a 360 square foot modern, serene, and private room with a large 240 square foot balcony, a 55” Smart TV, king size bed, translucent electric fireplace, full-size bathroom (soaker tub for 2, shower for 2, water closet….for 1), heated floors, vaulted ceilings and outdoor patio seating. Modern kitchen appliances - fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, washer/dryer. *Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, utensils, kettle, blender, etc. Additional: *Two car garage *Chair lift for those with mobility issues. *View by appointment only. Will provide additional photos if necessary. We have had numerous VRBO guests and several long term guests with all 5 star reviews - we are equally happy to provide references. *Proof of income required. |
