| Adorable home on acreage located 35 kms east of Kamloops , near the Monte Creek Winery, not on bus route. Takes 30 mins from door to door to downtown Kamloops. Four lane easy access hwy all the way to the city. large yard, large deck with views of the river and hay fields. This home is being completely painted inside and out, new deck, and a few other miner updates inside. , No gas, Hydro only, on average it is $150 per month over the year for Hydro. There is Telus fiber high speed internet that is available for hook up . There are two bedrooms, one we currently use ( fits a queen bed easy ) and the other is my office ( didn't include pics as it is a bomb of renovation supplies right now, but it is the larger of the two rooms ) Garden shed for all your tools and gardening supplies. You must be willing to maintain your own yard, mowing, weeding, snow removal in winter etc. 50% Damage deposit is required and if you have pets, a 50% Pet deposit is also required. Washer and dryer hook up, but you will need to bring your own. A little about us, we have lived here for over twenty years and have always had amazing tenants, our homes rarely come up for rent, as tenants simply enjoy being here. This particular home is the one we live in now ( we are moving to the main house ) We do have horses, cats and dogs, all well behaved. We love our privacy and tend to keep to ourselves, we are quick to respond to any concerns and for the most part unless we need to do something in the yard or home, we leave you alone as we also respect your privacy. We do prefer those who wish to lease for a year, but it is not a must for those who want month to month. The acreage is massive, with a large equestrain center right beside us, crown land bordering the property and lots of wildlife can be spotted right from your kitchen window, it is very peaceful here. We are called the best landlords ever from previous tenants and we wish to have the best tenants ever with this home.
