The home has a private entrance and exclusive access to the large, fenced yard, as well as a large deck. Laundry is shared with downstairs tenants. Rent includes heat, hydro, city services, shared laundry, off-street parking and basic furnishings including flat screen TV, coffee table, dining table and chairs, small couch, double bed, single bed, small desk and chair, and kitchen supplies. Tenant responsible for tenant insurance and linens. Available from May 25 to August 15, 2025. Can rent for some or all of this time, but we can't extend past August 15. ***Strictly non-smoking*** Pets considered with deposit.
