| AVAILABLE NOW.......Hi, are you looking for something a bit different. We a senior couple and 1 other senior whos been with us 13 yrs are offering a ROOM & BOARD situation. heres how it works. We have 2 unfurnished rooms avail. 1 large, 1 medium in size. Shared washroom w/ only 1 other person and has large new walk in shower..We do all the cooking cleaning ,laundry and supply all the meals.So for your room, your shared washroom w/ 1 other person, a shared rec room ,50"TV included and a few other furnishings, but no beds or dressers.All utilites are included. All YOU pay for is your ROOM & BOARD FEE of $1350 a month per person PLUS any snacks you are wanting between meals. Deposit is $675... We supply (( 2 )) meals a day,supper being the main. Nobodys every gone hungry here..ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS, VAPORS or DRINKERS. You will also need your own car and you must love animals.this offer is only for seniors(over 55). we are in a very nice quiet ,safe neighborhood here and are looking for the same... |
