We are looking for someone who wants to live on property and understands the maintenance that it entails(lawn maintenance,gardening,property maintenance). Tenants will be responsible for maintenance as upstairs is vacant occasionally, there will be a ride on lawnmower provided. Important things to note: -The upstairs of this home will be used as a short term rental and by current owners until sold -Hot tub is shared, maintenance and chemicals is done on a weekly schedule this cost is 50/50 -utilities are split 50/50 as the upstairs and downstairs are mirrored image of one another. -the property and amenities is also shared.
