| Seeking a non-smoking roommate for a newly built home in Qualicum Beach. 5 minute walk from the beach, nature trails and peekaboo ocean views from the property. Rent includes: Private Bedroom and Bathroom for 1 person. Utilities are included, but internet is currently unavailable. The room is unfurnished, but I can provide a table, chest of drawers and mattress if needed. Shared Kitchen, Living room, Rec Room and Storage Shed. Laundry washer and dryer is available for shared use. I enjoy playing piano, working out and landscaping. I work a lot of different jobs so you probably won't see me too much. Please tell me a little about yourself. Before signing the lease agreement I will need proof of employment and a renter's reference. Non-negotiable: No smoking of any kind in the house or on the property. No pets. No drugs. |
