| Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to share a 2 bedroom home by Skytrain/ Surrey Central mall. My roommate is moving out and i'd like to stay. - Rent is $1000 for renting the private room or $600 for the living room - Located on104 Ave and 132st. downtown Surrey, approx. 8 min walk from Gateway skytrain station and 12min walk from Surrey Central mall, skytrain, SFU, Kwantlen University, T&T: - Garden View with a lot of lights and green lawn. -NO dryer - Ground Floor suite (above floor, not a basement). - Quiet time is at 10:30pm (minimize noise level). - This is a Non-partying house, smoke outside only, and no pets. - Absolutely NO drugs, and NO alcoholics. Please tell me about yourself, ie. work and how long you'd like to rent. Thank you. |
