| In Terrace, BC. Three bedroom upper level of house available for rent as of May 1, 2025. House is in the centre of the Horseshoe, walking distance from downtown. On a nice, quiet dead-end street, a block away from a park. House is comfy with lots of natural light. Fenced backyard with a small deck and a storage shed. Rent is $2,300 plus utilities. Heads up that there is a 2-bedroom suite in the basement, that has a separate back entrance and is also rented out. (One person currently lives there.) Backyard is split in half by a fence. Upper tenants use one half, and basement tenant uses the other. Heat source is hydro. Monthly hydro bill is split between upstairs and downstairs tenants. To move in, we require first month's rent and a damage deposit in the amount of half a month’s rent ($1,150). Pets ok but require $500 pet deposit.
