Looking for someone to sublet my room in a shared suite for the fixed term of June 15th to August 31st -$1000/month (wifi and utilities included). -Rental unit is the ground floor of a two-story house. -One private room furnished with queen bed, dresser, desk, and chair. -Bathroom shared with two other tenants. -In house washer and drier. -Fully furnished shared kitchen and living area. -Close to Rupert Skytrain station (about 8 minute walk), as well as the 009, 99, and 027 buss routes. -Within walking distance of several grocery and hardware stores, as well as a couple nice parks. Nice relaxed neighborhood. Looking for a tidy and respectful tenant. Ideal for students, as the two other tenants are also in university.
