Available May 1, to Aug 30, 2025! -Two nice bright bedrooms, large open living space, big bathroom with old-fashioned tub with shower; every space has a window -800 square feet -Located in beautiful Point Grey on a tree- lined quiet street (walking distance to UBC) with friendly neighbours -Bus stops, shops, forest trails, beaches and parks are close by -air is clean! you can hear the birds singing! -Rent is $2490 per month (utilities are extra and come to around $100/month or less) -laundry is included! -wired-in internet is also included in the rent! -lease until August 30, 2025 is required and we don't make exceptions; sorry about that! -furnishings are included: rolling island for kitchen item storage; beds, some cooking items, dining table, chairs, storage chest, desk, lamp and other furnishings -kitchen appliances include full fridge with freezer and stove with oven -We're looking for 1 or 2 (max.)
