The bedroom comfortably fits a desk and queen size bedroom set, great for working from home. Ideally looking for someone willing to stay for 6mo - a year, but lease is flexible. Room is available July 1. 1/2 months rent ($710) required as damage deposit. Roommates willing (when schedules align) to look after my cat are preferred.
